    Work hard and be diligent in pursuing your goals.

    Set goals for yourself and then develop a plan to get those goals accomplished and then work your plan.

    Learning to solve problems, think critically and creatively, work with others, and being able to communicate.

    The Bible, it is full of wisdom and Proverbs is especially useful in business.

  • What do you think is the biggest challenge that people in the profession face today?

    Developing strategic plans and adjusting to rapidly changing technology and responding to competition.

    I am the father of 7 children and have 9 grandchildren. I love to duck hunt and fish at Lake Texoma. I have a dog I adopted named Duke who I wanted to use to duck hunt but he is afraid of guns and doesn't like to swim but he is a great pet.
