    Aside from the Bible, John Knowles' A Separate Peace illustrates the essential skill of critical thinking.

    Patience and an attitude of learning. Both are essential in navigating the ever-evolving world of public education.

  • What do you think is the biggest challenge that educators face today?

    Finding new and innovative ways to motivate a diverse student population within the context of today's high-stakes accountability environment.

  • Tell us something that your students might find interesting, something they may not know about you.

    I have researched the JFK assassination since 1975, including a number of key eyewitnesses. I am also a church organist and I hold Colleague certification with the American Guild of Organists.
