This degree program specifically explores the hospitality industry, including restaurant, tourism, hotel and gaming operations. Some of the classes include Supervisory Management, Native American Gaming Management, and Hospitality and Tourism Marketing. You will also have the opportunity to receive credit through an internship with a business firm, government agency or non-profit organization.

3. BBA in Management

BBA in Management will show you how to manage a team and an organization through classes in areas like small business management, supervisory management, management science and entrepreneurship. This degree plan covers the fundamentals of leadership and offers an in-depth understanding of organization and planning as well as ways to face economic challenges. An education focused on management covers many fields, allowing you to choose from a variety of career paths that include general and operations management, finance, sales and business consultancy.

4. BBA in Management (Minor Required)

BBA in Management (Minor Required) helps students with existing credits transition into a new program. Students may transfer in up to 90 of the 124 credit hours required for degree completion. Similar to the BBA in Management without a required minor, classes cover subjects such as supervisory management, management science and entrepreneurship.

This online program allows working adults to pursue a degree in management through a flexible degree plan. Consulting with an advisor, students choose a minor tailored to their interests and career aspirations. Career opportunities for program graduates mirror those of BBA in Management graduates.

5. BBA in Marketing

BBA in Marketing can develop your ability to think critically and creatively to directly address a consumer’s needs. This program can improve your analysis and communication skills as they apply to advertising and designing marketing strategies for diverse audiences. Classes include Consumer Behavior, Marketing Research and Marketing Management.

Additional marketing elective courses cover subjects like international marketing, sales and contemporary issues in the field. A student who completes this degree plan can pursue any number of career paths in marketing, with specialties in areas such as social media, market research and brand management.

6. BBA in Marketing (Minor Required)

Similar to the BBA in Management (Minor Required), Southeastern designed the BBA in Marketing (Minor Required) to accommodate professionals with a substantial number of transferable college credits. This degree plan offers the same marketing core classes as the BBA without a minor required, plus additional required courses including International Marketing and Marketing Logistics & Supply Chain Management.

If you want to easily transfer credits to complete a marketing degree, this option could be the one for you — it allows you to work, go to school and gain the experience needed to enter marketing specialties like digital and social media management, product management and advertising.

7. BBA in Accounting

Southeastern’s online BBA in Accounting helps students develop in-depth knowledge surrounding tax law and finance, accounting, management and fundamental business practices. Students gain the understanding of financial theory and management, accounting requirements and forensic accounting needed to succeed in accounting roles serving both individuals and organizations.

Graduates have completed all or a portion of the academic requirements for a number of accounting certifications, preparing them for professional roles like that of a financial advisor, forensic accountant, financial analyst or actuary.

8. BBA in Finance

The BBA in Finance from Southeastern is designed to give students a thorough understanding of financial analysis and its practical application. In addition to taking business core courses and specialized finance major courses like Securities Investments, Capital Investments and International Financial Management, students choose three courses from a wide variety of elective offerings. Students may also choose to earn credit through an internship, developing real-world career experience.

A bachelor’s in finance prepares students to pursue a wide variety of notoriously high-paying careers in the field. Job options include positions like financial analyst, tax manager, credit analyst or controller, in addition to the executive-level financial careers students with a finance education and substantial experience can advance to.
